Moderate

This term means for one variable to affect the relationship between two other variables. Microfoundation can affect a broader phenomenon. It is the reason why.

Beyond big terms, we are all connected. Maybe, this blog can affect people somewhere else that I don't even know. Maybe, your sweet soul will have a butterfly effect today. All these maybes, yet we may never see the effects we have on people we do or don't know.

In The Middle

Let's change it up. Like someone dramatically just made me do... "close your eyes". Let's say we see the effect but the person affecting us doesn't. We see how the goodness or not-so-good of others has affected us. Re-read last week's quote, because ATP words are

& the past doesn't deserve that. Luckily mediation is a thing too. Just some lucky bi*^$s today.

Mediate

To mediate is to directly intervene or influence variables. See we all have things that can affect how we show up for others yet we still have a chance to decide. I still have a chance to spread calmness, wisdom, love, and laughter to someone else. Pure doesn't mean that you haven't or can't make mistakes. Cause me on both hands will do TOO MUCH. Forever evolving woman, amen. Just trynna make myself feel better, chill out.

Pure to me means self-awareness and honesty. I can be so hurt and defensive to things that feel like I've been here before. And then my mama and I say "ion like it " in Aniya's voice. The conditions of the past have me on go whenever I feel like it's about to go on repeat. It's like when you are in the car and you just weren't ready to feel that song like it deserves. So we run it back and turn it up. I don't know the words to the song but I'm here to turn it up and sing my tone death heart out. Because Favorite Song by Toosii deserves that and so do I.

The Why

No one wants to look back. Shoot imma 'no hablo espanol' type of person when it comes to past things. My fav symbol, Sankofa, says to learn from the past to ensure a good future. I named my fake consulting firm after this. Real hbcu grad vibes , thanks.

Acknowledgment of what was and being that woman to not make that what is, is how we leave the past in the past. So you wonder why ask why... well my one-pager says

If further studies aren’t leading to any change, what is the true point of research? Organizations can make broad predictions about their workers yet if they do not seek understanding of what led to these, they will just be predictions that can never become solutions. This article encourages future strategic developments to use micro-foundations to understand the root and possibilities of macro disciplines.
