AI. Not the regular AI you read on Twitter but one that changes the way you think.
The Intervention of Knowledge Searching
AI is a theory of organizing and a method for changing social systems. That's exactly what I wrote in my notes. A couple of lines down I wrote: when interventions are held then the change results are conventional too.
Stories of the Positive
The heliotropic hypothesis explains the power of positive images. Lately, it has been hard for me to make sense of a pretty image. Reading 16-plus chapters for one class a week, the image in my head , being in a new environment in so many ways, and rethinking a lot of things can be far from . Yet, it always turns around. In moments that I didn't feel the most positive, I got through it. To be honest, the story I have from staying up from 7pm to 7am doesn't seem overwhelming anymore. It's an "I did that" story.
Authentic Relationships and Changes
If the change is for the status quo or a pretty image then meaningful employees are going to be unattracted. The knowledge you internally generate is gonna call BS like that one card game. What do I even want? Too many times I fantasize about what I want and that's not even authentic. Change is dynamic and so will what I want. I wanted to go to college and play softball. Literally, that's it. Never even considered a master's. Now look at me skipping steps and getting my PhD. Maybe the person, city, situation, or job might not change. Maybe it doesn't need to. What is the change that was needed was us? What if I needed to see things beyond a man building me a wrap-around porch? To find yourself you have to lose yourself. Losing the solution-based approach and discovering your internal knowledge. That's the beauty of an image, that's something we can have sustainable change.

A wise friend literally just reminded me what I've forgotten that I have been preaching in these blogs. He said, "Kalita you might not know what you want but I am sure you know what you don't want". Drop the mic, I'm forwarding all advice requests to him.
XoXo, discovering my positive stories, knowing what I don't want, authentic relationships, AI but not your AI, and sincerely a 27th week PhD student
